The Authority explained that the thirteenth group includes all establishments whose revenues subject to value-added tax exceed 7 million riyals during the years 2022 or 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Authority indicated that it will notify all targeted facilities in this group, In preparation for linking and integrating its electronic billing systems with the \u201cFatura\u201d system, starting from January 1, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Authority added that the second phase, \u201cthe linking and integration phase,\u201d requires additional requirements than the first phase, \u201cthe issuance and preservation phase.\u201d The most prominent of which are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Linking the taxpayers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 electronic billing systems with the \u201cFatora\u201d system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Issuing electronic invoices <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in a specific format.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Include additional items <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the invoice to ensure full compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Authority also confirmed that the second phase will be implemented gradually according to groups.
